NIST NCCoE Cybersecurity Connections and Networking Lunch – Cybersecurity Careers
Overview
Join us for an October ‘Cybersecurity Connections’ Event and Networking Lunch in celebration of Cybersecurity Awareness Month and Cybersecurity Career Week! Hosted in partnership with the NICE (NIST), the Maryland Department of Commerce, and Montgomery County, this event will highlight opportunities and programs available to individuals in the initial stages of their cybersecurity careers.
This event will feature two panel discussions which will highlight industry and government workforce development programs as well as perspectives from individuals who have transitioned into cybersecurity from different career fields.
The panel discussions will be followed by a networking lunch, sponsored by Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) on behalf of Montgomery County, Maryland.
