Description

Untrusted provisioning of network credentials leaves networks and IoT devices vulnerable. To ensure secure IoT device management, trusted, scalable, and automatic mechanisms are essential, starting with trusted network-layer onboarding. Combined with other security capabilities, these mechanisms significantly enhance device and network security.

In collaboration with 11 technology vendors, the NIST NCCoE has developed several technical build implementations. The resulting guidance, NIST Special Publication (SP) 1800-36, offers best practices and example architectures for trusted network-layer onboarding and lifecycle management. These guidelines help organizations securely and efficiently manage IoT devices throughout their lifecycles, mitigating the risks associated with untrusted provisioning and enhancing overall IoT ecosystem security.

Join us for this all-day, in-person technical event, where federal and industry subject matter experts will come together to discuss and demonstrate the latest solutions in trusted IoT network-layer onboarding and lifecycle management.

Registration is for in-person attendance only. There is no cost for attendance.

The deadline to register is April 10, 2025.
